When the page opens you will see a grid showing all your Reservations that have not been checked-in. If more than 50 records exist you can page through the records or change the number shown in the grid. To view reservation details or cancel a reservation highlight it in the grid then click the appropriate icon in the status bar at the bottom of the grid.
The reservations shown are for individual reservations and group reservations. The Group Cancel menu option will show only group reservations with each group shown as a separate entry.
