RezEasy Single is web based Hotel Reservation Software for a single hotel. It includes a Booking Engine, Agents Module, and Transaction Module. An optional Channel Manager add-on completes the suite of programs. The system is mobile-friendly and includes a mobile optimized booking engine plus PC and Tablet interfaces for the Back Office system.
This is the main administration where the system administrator sets the global configuration (taxes, discounts, currencies, languages, agents etc.), templates are edited or uploaded and general maintenance of the system and database is carried out.

This is where you enter configuration details for your hotel (rates, rooms, agents allocations, booking restrictions, users etc.). It is also the place where you can create and manage new reservations, change/cancel reservations, manage guests, print reports and send email.
If the channel manager module is installed you can select the channel manager you are using from those supported by RezEasy Portal.
This is the online booking system for Agents/Corporate Clients. You can specify in the Back Office which agents can access this system, their allocations and rate.
Agents can make and manage reservations online up to their daily allocation and at the rates you specify. You can also manage the reservations made through this module in the Back Office.
